With the newest generation of Canon systems, using a mobile device to print and scan documents is simpler than ever. The video below shows you how to use the Canon Print Business app to utilize mobile printing to optimize your document workflow.
Often times after a new system is installed, you may find yourself printing to a different device more than you initially expected. To reduce the steps it takes to print to a different system, you may want to change your default printer to the system that you print to most often. These steps will show you how to do that.
1.Go to the Start Menu and search for Devices and Printers

2.Right click on the device that you would like to make the default
3.Click on Set Default Printer

4.The printer should now have a green check mark on it to indicate that it is the default printer

You may find that the settings you most often use to print are not the default settings. These include options like one-sided or two-sided printing and color or black and white printing. You may want to change your default printing settings to be saved to the options that you most commonly use. These steps will show you how to do that.
1.Go to the Start Menu, search for Control Panel, and open the Control Panel.
2. In the View by Menu in the top right, choose Small icons
3. Open Devices and printers

4.Right click on the device that you would like to change the defaults for
5.Click on Printer Properties
6.Click on the Advanced tab
7.Click on the Printing Defaults button

8.You will see a window that looks exactly like your Printing Preferences window, but this will adjust the default printing preferences
9.Make your changes, then click OK or Apply to save the changes Some most commonly changed settings are one-sided or two-sided printing and color or black and white printing. One or two sided printing are under the Basic Settings tab for Canon systems or the Printing Options tab for Xerox systems. Color Mode is under the Basic Settings tab for Canon systems or the Image Options tab for Xerox systems.
